Going back through photos when my kids and I lived in Ireland, I am always reminded of the magic, mystery, and sense of wonder and awe the entirety of the country continually gives me. Wherever we traversed back then, with friends and family or just the three of us, there seemed to be an awakening inside of myself of a place I belonged to. A place that was of myself, and that I was very much a part of, too. I know I am not the first person to say this of Ireland, but it felt like coming home.

In July of 2015, at the end of my first stay there, I became deeply connected to the land and its energy through a series of remarkable experiences, the most profound of which occurred at the Beltany Stone Circle in County Donegal, that launched me on the path I am currently still exploring. One of deepening my own understanding of intuition and its role in my life, and expanding that understanding into a format that helps others do the same through learning how to identify and trust their own intuitive voice. 

This path has led me on an inner journey, from which I have embraced and grown tremendously. After graduating from the Art of Receiving and Transforming Energy Academy (ARTe) and the 2-year Shamanic Multidimensional Mystery School, both in 2019, I was called to continue my journey with Shamanic Breathwork. In 2020, I became an Ordained Shamanic Minister, having graduated from the 5 cycles of the  Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (SHIP)  through Aahara Spiritual Community. I continued in 2021, graduating as a Licensed Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator from Venus Rising Association of Transformation, and in 2022, as a Master SHIP Graduate from Aahara Spiritual Community.  And in April of 2023, I completed training as a Level III Shamanic, Usui, and Tibetan Reiki Practitioner, continuing my ongoing journey.

During these inner journeys, I also explored the academic side of intuition research during my time as a student at the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). I graduated summa cum laude from UIS as the 2021 Psychology Department Outstanding Student Scholar, having conducted my own award-winning research in 2020 and 2021 about intuition in the decision-making process. I intend to continue this fascinating research in the future.

It is through these experiences that I have developed and fostered my sense of purpose. I will continually strive to accomplish the goal that was set out for me back in 2015 standing in the twilight of the Beltany Stone Circle; to help others develop their intuition into the significant and accurate guide that it can be for every one of us. It is a unique and underused tool that will help us evolve into higher levels of consciousness and transform not only our own lives, but the world we all live in.​

At Beltany Wellness, I provide online classes, as well as guided journeys through Ireland, as an opportunity for people to do deep work that facilitates a growing relationship with their intuitive voice, all within a safe, sacred space for the healing and release, expansion and transformation they are individually ready for.

​Sacred journeys to Ireland incorporate shamanic and energetic practices that I have learned over my years of study and will include visits to many sacred sites throughout Ireland. Now is the time to embrace our own inner journey and cultivate the significant relationship with our intuition. Now is the time to grow.
