Storytelling and Breath Journey

The image above is a photo I took of the River Boyne when I was in Ireland last year, integrating having facilitated the most amazing journey with 8 courageous intuitive adventurers. I spent hours resting and meditating, listening to the steady sounds of the river's current streaming by, while staring into the flames of an ever-brightening fire as the sun set, and I was left with deep darkness all around me. It was healing, supportive, and ancient.

I am very excited to invite you to share in the energies of the River Boyne during a special gathering where we will be joined by Daryl Noonan, an Irish storyteller and breathwork facilitator, via Zoom.
Daryl will provide the opportunity to connect to the river Boyne, and Goddess Bóann, its namesake. |
This event is being offered as a hybrid event, with both in-person, and online options available through Zoom. For those attending in person, I will be providing tea brewed using the leaves and flowers of the heart-opening hawthorn tree, foraged from the banks of the river itself.

INTO THE FLOW: A Course on Intuition |

Our intuition is now more important than ever before, with the continued rise of misinformation in the world, and even legitimate information being so readily available in the process of making a decision, our minds can easily become overwhelmed. Tapping into our intuition gives us the access to that which aligns with what is resonant on our own path and towards our own purpose.
Developed with my years of academic intuition research along with my decades of anecdotal intuition research, past participants have seen profound development in their intuition after this course. This online course is created with what I've learned, and contains helpful examples, practices, and exercises to help participants strengthen their intuition muscle.
We will also be talking about fears and resistances that pop up in the moments when our intuition is asking us to do something outside of our comfort zone, or something that our rational mind disagrees with. These can be confusing and complicated moments, and are even harder when the action or decision is an important one in our lives. We will be looking at ways to foster our intuitive voice, the voice most closely linked to our authentic selves, and then building the courage to put action behind our intuition's guidance.
We will also be talking about fears and resistances that pop up in the moments when our intuition is asking us to do something outside of our comfort zone, or something that our rational mind disagrees with. These can be confusing and complicated moments, and are even harder when the action or decision is an important one in our lives. We will be looking at ways to foster our intuitive voice, the voice most closely linked to our authentic selves, and then building the courage to put action behind our intuition's guidance.

• Identify where your intuition lives in your body
• Discover how to bring more synchronicity into your life
• Uncover fears and resistances that block you from acting on your intuitive guidance
• Cultivate the courage needed to align to and act upon your intuitive guidance
• Develop trust in remaining open to outcomes through gratitude and awareness
